Siddhartha Medical College – Tumkur

Under the auspices of the Sri Siddhartha Educational Society, the Sri Siddhartha Medical College (SSMC) & Hospital, Tumkur was founded in 1988 with the objective of cultivating and training qualified medical professionals dedicated to excellence in healthcare and social welfare.The college, which is located in a 250-acre, lush campus that spans 75,000 square metres, has developed into a famous centre for higher learning and healthcare in India. This prominent campus, which is located off the Bengaluru-Honnavar National Highway, is only 76 kilometres (one hour) from Bengaluru city.
